Itsy bitsy spider...

Itsy bitsy spider... They are tiny little things and they live on the side of my house.. in the siding. They don't bother me except when they think they should be in my house instead of outside.. They are little grey things that look like grey ants... I was outside watering the new gravel I put down... ok.. ole grumpy did it... It's drainage gravel.. and it looks more like mud than like gravel.. So I was washing off the gravel and something bit me on my forearm.. I looked down.. and one of those darn bugs was trying to take a chunk out of my arm...I spanked it..lol..and it fell to the ground...But I'm thinking it was enjoying my arm a bit before that as well.. I came in the house and rinsed off my arm... and now a few spots not only sting a bit.. and burn.. but also itch like crazy...ackkk...So I put cream on it.. and it's red and not quite as itchy... hmm.. the gravel looks much better.. some colors showing up like I hoped they would.. but i'm not happy about my arm... My sister used to call them little nibblers...They feast on your skin and whatever.. She was on too much pain killer to even feel it.. but she would see the red rash afterwards... Not great... It's not feeling as hot out today as I thought.. Maybe I am finally acclimatizing to the hot weather.. Good thing because we are in for more of it in the days ahead, and more intense heat as well...Possibly up to 38 degrees celcius... bye for now.. Gentle hugs from me, Stars.. Dang the bad luck, I think I had some Japanese beadles chewing on my back the other day while on the tractor, but the itching and spots were gone the next morning. Another hour or two and I will be ready for the shower Anything worth doing is worth doing right

Trust me stars....it's freakin' hot out! Especially when one is trying to weed the yard before going camping again day after tomorrow! Make sure you watch for rattlers in your area. I have a niece in your area and she posted on FB about a dog being bitten in the ridge in it's own back yard....watch Daisy!
