A RECENT HARVARD STUDY

A recent Harvard study just found out that the more intelligent a woman is the fewer orgasms she has compared to less intelligent women..

My initial thought is dumb blondes aren't so dumb after all, lol.

Of course, this being Harvard, great looking women aren't exactly in abundance there, thus getting laid with passion probably isn't in the cards. And nerdy Harvard men aren't exactly the sexiest guys going either...

So do you think the studies findings are accurate or true or wrong and why?

The gal in the photo didn't go to Harvard, trust me. But loves life.. And she never left herself unsatisfied. And I was glad to help and reap the benefits.

Do you always leave yourself satisfied after sex ?

Love to hear here or by email and can I help somehow ? Let me know. I'm not inhibited..

I believe every woman has the potential for multiple orgasms. Relaxation is the key, in my opinion. Conditions are extremely important for providing relaxation in any sexual encounter. For example, a sexual romp on the first date is not conducive to multiple orgasms, for most women. However, some women find the first meet, wam-bam...sexual encounter to be an extreme turn-on...we're all different. So, to that extent, the over-thinking post here was right on the money...stop analyzing the fun out of it...just relax and play, but make sure the conditions are such that YOU will be comfortable enough to relax and enjoy experience.

Can't disagree with your analysis at all. One qustion that might be asked is "Are nymphomaniacs highly intelligent, have average intelligence or just plain dumb? " Is there a correlation between a high sex drive and intelligence ?
Exactly. Who cares. Just enjoy.

The other way to look at it is those "dumb blondes" don't have a degree to fall back on and may not have great jobs...so they fall on their backs more often than the smarter women...hence the need to "cum" more often for their men...and who knows if they're faking it or not? I personally don't believe in faking an orgasm...I want mine...with a guy or with my own hands!

Faking an orgasm for a man is unnecessary. Its like an old joke. "A man is asked how many orgasms does it take to please a woman. Who cares" The answer.
The study was simply to see who gets more personal satisfaction from sex. A dumb and beautiful woman [blonde] is likely to arouse a man's passion and he becomes lustful and wants her frequently whereas a homely or plain looking won't.
Look at it in reverse. Who gets laid more. A good looking man or an ugly or unattractive one. Men almost always have orgasms however.
Unattractive women can't depend on a man for financial support. Beautiful women can do both. Herself an a man.
These are just generalizations of course

I wouldn't be surprised if it were true. Although lovely, higher intelligence often leads to a series of neuroses with the added responsibility.

Too much thinking can get in the way of just some pure pleasure I think. Sometimes just best to let ones animal lust take over and enjoy.
You can elevate me anytime you'd like.

The study's findings are probably accurate within the pool. First of all like yourself and some others there are many questions which come to mind,...how many participants, what was the standard for determining intelligence, how are age and experience factored into the test.

Now it is an interesting premise, I agree with you that the mind is one of the most important and most often overlooked erogenous zones. Higher intelligence is often linked to a higher level of imagination which can be a key ingredient in achieveing orgasm. Conversly a highly intelligent woman with a very busy life may find it difficult to turn her brain off long enough to get to orgasm.

You might be right. As the study didn't give in depth info on the study group hard to see how they came up with the findings.
Would Harvard lie ? Well, yes.

I agree with the rest of the posts. I think the clue rests with the standardization(independent variable). In other words did the same guy go fuck all those women in the same way? Also most Harvard girls are young and probably don't know how to use their bodies yet.

All reliable, valid studies must be replicable. Lets standardize it better- you can go fuck a sample of 120 or 140+ IQ women and let us all know how it goes.

Very interesting!

Sounds like it also puts the lie to that saying "When Better Women Are Made, Harvard Men Will Make Them"
Guess Harvard men are not so hot in the sack then if there are that many unsatisfied Harvard women bitching around.
Don't think age has much to do with it as post-grads comprised part of the study.

All I know is I'm an intelligent woman and I've been having orgasms since I was 11 yrs old and I'm still going strong... Although my sister who has a PHD is blond, very book smart but no common sense asked me... how do you know if you had an orgasm?... I told her if she had to ask, she hasn't had one. I've experienced that intelligent men aren't always all that sexual. I'm still trying to find one that is.....

Guess it takes 2 to tango or water seeks its own level. Suppose with the right person orgasms will happen but remember a line from Lesley Neilson to Priscilla Presley in a comedy movie where he said " I faked every orgasm?
Now how the hell does a man fake an orgasm? lol.
I recall one gal who said she never had an orgasm. Told her if she could orgasm by masturbating, use her body in the same way with a man.
Never found out if it worked or not.

I am blonde, I am an intelligent person, and I do have multiple orgasms. That shoots their stupid theory all to hell!
And I am enjoying sex more now than I ever did when I was younger
Toots

Just being me and loving it

Good for you and hope you're having many of them. One day hope you will have some with me.

Nothing I can do about Harvard however. The study was probably conducted by a bunch of geeks anyway.

Anecdotal accounts to the contrary are unlikely to refute such a study but knowing more about the subjects would make things a bit more interesting
I was blond growing up. I consider myself to be of above average intelligence, but my life has not been normative by any standard.

Had it been, I can see how I might have more difficulty achieving orgasms.

rm_best4u3 replies on 7/19/2008 12:22 pm:
Not sure how to answer you other than saying I'd love to give it a try giving you many orgasims on a frequent basis.

Well....(no offense to female Harvard grads)....my question is, did they do "in house" testing? Seriously, I'm not blonde, not dumb by any means (however, I have had uncanny "bad" taste previously in men) but I am of above average intelligence and I have never failed to have orgasms....multiple orgasms in fact (and lots of wet sheets to boot!)

Perhaps the study could be refering to women who are so damn intelligent they fail to stay out of their own "heads" while having sex.

Bottom line is...true wisdom & intelligence is found by those who are able to live in the moment & mentally put other BS on the back burner, if it doesn't pertain to a particular activity that person is participating in at any given moment.

Maybe they just studied those nerdy, geeky chicks who are too busy being intellectual to have any fun in the bedroom!

rm_best4u3 replies on 5/30/2008 6:46 am:
I tend to agree with you..
The study didn't say who participated in it.
Harvard, being Harvard, they are probably trying to figure out the meaning of true orgasims, is it worth it, is it subjugation of women, do women really need it to be intellectually honest with themselves and other such crap.
Sometimes the mind thinks too much

I think this is absolute bullshit - I haven't been to Harvard, but I have been to college 4 years and I am blond and can still have an orgasm - you just have to be good

rm_best4u3 replies on 5/5/2008 9:18 am:
Don't blame me. Its a Harvard study.
I've always been told and many times believed that the brain is the most important sex organ.
Guess when a gal becomes too analytical, it ruins the physical aspect of sex.
By the way it says fewer orgasms, not none.

Well i'm not blonde but i'm sure i could keep up with the rest of them when it comes to orgasms. And I am intelligent so their study is wrong. Plus i'm 55 and being made love to is always done with passion.

Wouldn't surprise me if the study was conducted by a bunch of computer geeks though I would like a breakdown of the women in the study. ie. How good looking they were, age, with or without partners and so on.
But like to prove them wrong with you in person if not on cam.
What do you say?
