Looking out my window, Im watching the sunset bleed through the skies
Ive spotted her figure in clouds with the sun beaming through her eyes
And I can see her smile glaring across this painted picture
Secondhand love has got the addiction rising to an elixir
And as the lights dim, I caught her silhouette between my stars
With connecting the pattern of her beauty marks and her scars
And the beats to my heart stutter, as the butterflies rise and flutter
My mind aches to mutter a whisper crisp saying I lover her
When the night awakes I can hear the wind mimic her voice
It makes the blood in my veins stop, and my heart melts moist
A let down follows me as I fall greater into this abyss
Until I fall asleep to dream if Ill ever have her kiss
And I see the same sunset, except with an oceans breeze
And her appearance is as real as my dissatisfying dreams can please
Im trying to capture the scenery through her point of view
Staring into the reflection of her eyes, and waiting for my cue
Tide pulls in with the moon having me face to face with the reoccurring dreams
Awoken as I always am with tears slipping, nothing is as real as it seems

Sitting watching you from afar, taking the puzzle of your soul and building the picture of what is hidden behind.
Using what I have learned as the key to open your mind to show you everything so fare denied.Freeing your soul to fly the highs with me across a sea of ecstasy.
Finding that with the freeing of you,a part of me locked deep inside is finally released.That part long forgotten till now,but without am not complete.

I can hear the first few drops of rain...then more.
No thunder, no crash of lightening...
Pouring rain.....just beautiful pouring rain.
And I stand naked in it....as it washes away the shackles.
I am free.
And you appear...naked and wet beside me....
Your bronze skin glistening, inviting....
Your magnetism drawing me near through unconscious movement...into your arms....into our love.
Eyes lock..bodies entwine...consumed in fire and water.....
The rain subsides and we lie spent in dew of earth and passion.
I smell the rain even now, even now.

Dawn
Dawn, the time that she always fades
Dawn, the time her flesh erodes away
Gone, but perchance tonight she'll stay
Cursed dawn, the time that I awake
At midnight I began my eager wait
For my nocturnal deity of harmony and hate
My eyes, once filled with doubt, appeared vastly relieved
As she emerged from the shadows and I couldn't breath
She let loose her scarlet robe in which she came draped
I tried feebly to move but I could not escape
She slid smoothly onto my silk sheets and leaned in for a kiss
And I was powerless to resist...
The hours danced past but the passion remains
Flesh pressed to flesh and vein held to vein
My eyes plead for more but my scarred heart refrained
I asked, "Why hold you now when you shall only cause me pain?"
She grinned and whispered, "Don't ask what I cannot explain."
"Farewell", she sighed as she re-dressed,
"I shall now depart so you can rest."
"Not yet," I plead in dire protest,
"My heart is not my own, it is now yours to posses."
No quick response came from her lips
I waited in silence; she would not commit
I leaned closer and she faded further
It seemed that destiny would not permit
One final embrace to end with a kiss
For the dream ended swiftly
And thus departed my succubus
Quickly she vanished and then I awoke
I gathered my heart that she had just broke
I closed the old window and sipped tasteless wine
Knowing that she now was roaming the depths of my mind...
