ALL OF THEM! I have always held the colors of our flag in high regard but now I have an even greater appreciation for the symbolism. Where the hell did I put my bib? As for what I did today, I participated in a really nice ceremony honoring some of the men and women who were deployed overseas as well as their families. It was nice. Of course a picnic followed. Again, thanks for posting the picture...I'm checking Priceline to see how much the 'red-eye' flight from here to CT will cost me. We should make our own fireworks tonight.  [image]

I worked at one of the marinas on Lake Tahoe. It was nuts, and hot. I can see three closed ski resorts from where I am on the dock, including the one where I teach. I spent the Fourth the same way I always do; working my butt off, and wishing it would dump two feet of powder on all the summer tourists. In 1994, I spent the Fourth of july weekend bumping a chair at Squaw Valley, till the fourth, then I skipped work and went skiing with friends at Alpine Meadows. Later that night, at the fireworks, we all realized the it was the 4th and we were still skiing. It will probably never happen again, the corporations run the resorts now.

I worked a fireworks booth for a few hours, then went to Nellis AFB to watch the fireworks show. Love, Light, Laughter, Leave a Legacy, Greg
