Challenges of time management

Good morning my friends, how are you all doing? Well, it's morning time and I'm about to head into work. I enjoy my job and the people I work with, however I seem to spending more time at work and with co-workers than out and about meeting new people. Is that a fault? Should I ignore the people I spend the majority of my day with, in order to try to meet new people? What are your thoughts? I'm curious to hear suggestions and ideas? Thanks.

 I'm not sure what your schedule looks like or what the situation is like on your end but...

Weekdays are not ideal for meeting new people because you can't stay out too late. Therefore, spend Monday thru Thursday with the office crowd. Leave the weekend exclusively for meeting new people.

Oh, also set one weekday lunch hour aside for meeting new people also.
