Doing all the right things, and I still catch a cold? WTF

Ok, I'm slightly annoyed this morning. I take my vitamins every day, work out 5-6 times a week, I have an extremely healthy and balanced diet, and yet I still catch a cold.

I'm not one to load up on meds, however, I'm determined to beat this cold and not let it affect my schedule. Hopefully, the DayQuil kicks in soon, so I can get rolling.
