Hello Spring!
It's a beautiful 70 degrees here right now. Since I've been confined to the house all weekend and unable to get outdoors, I've had to resort to my second hobby- baking!

I created these culinary delights in honor of my friend, blogger CreativeType5 who has a weakness for all things lemon, among other things!

Nothing says spring quite like Lemon Crinkle Cookies:


These particular cookies were super easy to make, courtesy of a box of lemon cake mix, 2 cups of cool whip, an egg and some powdered sugar to roll the cookies in before baking.

I need to give some away or else I am going to devour them all!
