not gonna lie

not gonna lie i like this blog. the only thing, why the shit does this site need to make money? oh well.
o wow are some movies on tv just terrible. i'm watchin some cheesy movie and its just got bad acting back special effects and bad plot.

lifting was nice. we did a little walk after. had a heartrate of 165 at the peak and felt good. lifts were good even with that quad. stings but not enough to hinder me yet. until i break a bone. seems a bit intense BUT it will never let me down. it will NEVER lie to me. the weight on the bar is always going to the weight on the bar. it will NEVER hide something from me.

well my head is gettin in the gutter so i'll end this before it gets out of control
