Happy beginnings in Thai massage

Is there a technique Thai massage uses to make a guy cum? I feel when they start at the feet and work up the legs to the butt some pressure points make me cum, even without being erect. It usually happens when their knees are on my feet and they put pressure onto my butt cheeks with both hands. Maybe it's the beginning of connecting energy?  Okay, so I asked a good Thai masseuse and she said it is something they do when they put their knees in the centre of your feet with pressure, and put pressure on upper thighs, butt. I don't think they do it all the time, if they hoping for tips for the 'happy ending'.
