 It is refreshing to see a beta program for the site. You have your work cut out for you as in my opinion the site is lacking in many ways. A couple of suggestions: 10 have a mechanism to filter out members who have either deleted their profile or turn it off so they do not show in the hotlist and the "who's viewed me" pages; 2) resolve the issue with fonts size changing when refreshing pages as it affects the entire layout of the site when they fonts suddenly increase in size.
