Added ability to delete a response within 30 minutes of post

Part of an oversight when adding ability for premium members to comment directly to posts was letting you delete them within 30 minutes - in case typos/etc. Well, this was added.

Also, the comment counter was upgraded to only show unique posts (not responded posts) in a blog... so you shouldn't see "3 new" posts if they are only yours.

thanx.... will they also no longer count in the 'title view' totals? Those are different than the comments combined at the moment

 Thank you, the delete feature will be very nice to have and I glad the counter was fixed to not show my comment responses.

 Mr CEO/Andrew, I wonder why is it not possible to delete my own reply to comments left on my own Blog, at any time? I just want to delete MY comment or MY reply in response to a comment left by another member, without having to delete the whole reply or comment of the other member posting on my Blog.

Does this make sense, sorry, but I am a bit slow on comprehension of these type of things. All I know is that sometimes I want to delete my reply to a comment as I change my mind and not the comment left by someone else.
