Some very interesting places. I have driven in several of the provinces, but mostly for business and never had the time to enjoy the scenery.. Thanks
Business travel often doesn't have time built in for 'personal time'. It's great when you can go back and explore things that caught your eye. Nice to see you stopping by

Very cool. Never heard of any of these places. Will have to add them to my list of places to go. Thanks!
Except for Louisbourg, they were all new to me too I hope to visit some of them also in the future. Thanks for stopping by.

I would love to see the icebergs from a bird's eye view! I've been on a day cruise to view glaciers and got to see them calve but would love a different perspective of them. Parc Oméga, Quebec sounds like my kind of place, too. I wish I'd known about Carcross Desert when I was on Highway 1 heading south out of Whitehorse. But it was winter and probably not a good time for detours. I had left Anchorage and was on my way down the Alcan to the US. It was a long trip but a lovely one through Canada!
Icebergs are dangerous and amazing wonders of nature. I haven't seen any 'up close' yet. People forget just how vast Canada is. Some rankings have it the second biggest in the world. Perhaps you will make it back here someday. Thanks for stopping by.

I love travelling! it's one of my passions. Art and travelling go hand in hand for me.

I've been to Paris three times and I hope to go at least one more time in the future.
I go to bask in the history of the streets and art in the museums.
I share the travel passion! I remember you previously mentioning Paris and your desire to return. Hope you are able to make it happen

You know I enjoy sharing interesting information. My country has been getting attention recently for the 'wrong' reasons so wanted to share these 'hidden gems'. Thanks for stopping by.

Interesting blog perhaps I will be inspired to do a similar one with some pictures near some places where I live.
Sounds like a great idea. Go for it

I visited Louisbourg during my trip to the Maritimes in 2019. I look forward to travelling again and exploring my beautiful country from coast to coast.

Do you like to travel? What's on your bucket list?
I'd love to take that cross Canada train 🚉 that goes from the Rockies in BC to, i think it's, New Brunswick. Sounds like a beautiful relaxing trip. 😎❗❗

The Rocky Mountaineer has different routes from Vancouver to Jasper and Banff. Apparently, there's no direct train from British Columbia to New Brunswick. However, there are services that involve multiple transfers and the journey takes approximately 4 days 13h. No doubt there would be beautiful scenery

Why would a park in Quebec feature a bison at it's entrance ?
'sexyldy1000' asked me because I'm a Quebecer, for my help, so hopefully — this will. 😎❗❗

Why a Québec park would put that Bison on its entrance is (most likely) to impress their guests. Size seems to matter here.

They, those beasts, never made it THIS far east. However, over a dozen Montreal restaurants 'claim' to serve Bison on their menu.

Unfortunately, that means we — Montrealers — are 'munching' into the 2, 200 remaining bovine left in North America.

Either that, or the restaurants here are bullshitting.
Hope that informs and helps. 😎❗❗

You're right, it only goes as far as Toronto, but I would still relish the voyage. That glass rooftop car and the menu... ooo, I'm sure it would be a classic.

Hey... ever thought of driving a car across Canada? Do the east coast one year, and do the west, the next?
I'm thinking motels; oh... my... gosh...
Can you imagine? lol 😂
Hey, have you ever seen 'Shitt's Creek'?
We'd be fine. 😘❗❗

I was thinking — and you know how scary THAT can be. Anyway, I was thinking, have you ever thought of the 'RV' as a vehicle of your dream? I know; it's mostly a tool for cheap laughs and 'classic road trip' movies.

But...

... give it some thought. 😎❗❗❗

How can I be Canadian and not know Schitt's Creek ? The subtlety of a lot of the humour is lost on many. However, in its last year, it won every major award

Never been in an RV. My parents were 'cottagers' so that is the experience I grew up with and enjoyed. Fortunately, I was able to pass that tradition onto my kids. Lots of great memories
