 Where it says " I want to preview ... " select " all responses before they show up " . When someone posts a response just don't "Approve" the post or quote it. It will stay hidden that way.

 Evidently, it is not. Still working out the bugs, I guess. The original post will be invisible until I approve it, but not my reply. Grr... all of these contortions because I can no longer write to people, read their profiles, see their pics, etc. I was a standard member before, too. I just temporarily turned off my profile, and when I turned it back on, whammo!

 ARGH! Well, this is a lame workaround, if I can't respond without being a silver or gold member. Grrrr..... I can only quote, it appears. Well, still anyone can leave their contact info for me if they would like, and it will still go unposted. I'd just have to be able to email you outside of this place to answer.

If I hadn't have had all these things before, as a standard, I don't suppose I'd be so annoyed by this whole charade.
