What is October memorable for...?

For me, it's Halloween.

As a , we got to wander the neighborhood, collecting candy we normally wouldn't get to eat, wearing costumes, getting to strut our stuff. Later on, it was passing out the candy.

Costumes have always been a big part of Halloween for me. I got to be someone else. I got to wear clothes no one else would.

Then again, October, fittingly enough, was the month I got married to my first wife.

I still love costumes, but, now, I find my taste in costumes running to the more, well, sexy. So, what was the sexiest costume you've ever worn?

For myself, perhaps the sexiest costume I've ever worn... was a toga. In college, when I had a bit more color in my hair, and was in better shape, I took a bed sheet, tied it around myself, over one shoulder, and, eh voila! Instant Roman god.

One year, I did some research, and learned how to take a simple piece of fabric, and fold it on itself to make a kilt. Add a nice, white dress shirt, a bit o' plaid, and I was dressed up as a Scotsman.

What's worn under a Scotsman's kilt? Nothing worn - it's all in perfect working order.

What about you? Anything sexy planned for a costume this year?

 For me it's one of the worst months

I'm sorry to hear that. Is there anything good about October for you? Any memories of fun times? I try my hardest to focus on the good, but it is difficult at times.

Just got to go one day at a time.
