 If you do not circumsize, there is some sort of... cheese that needs to be cleaned out evey now and then. Forgive me for the imagery there... I hear its not difficult to accomplish, but if not done appropriately infection ensues. I heard someone make the statement that prisoners are mostly circumsized. This person went so far as to say that having the hood chopped lends itself to becoming a hoodlum. No pun intended.
