Ever since I was a , the French fry has been a favorite food for . (I know, many refer them as Freedom fries). There are so many styles, string cut, thick cut, wedge, chips and so many more. I wonder if it is the crunchiness, the flavor of the oil used cook them? They are served plain, ketchup on the side, cheese over it, chili and varying amounts of salt. I am sorry if I mess this up, but a Canadian dish called Poutine. So there is so much variety please the most discriminating palate . Are you a French fry person? Do you avoid them. if you like them, what is your favorite style?

 I do love a good fry but my favorite this is Jo Jo's they are amazing, get some of your favorite dipping sauces, like ranch, or barbecue sauce, or even cheese sauce and they make a great side dish. I hope you have a terrific Thursday and get to enjoy some of your favorite deep fried potatoes..

 I love crispy on the outside, soft fluffy on the inside and I love dipping in plain mayonnaise. BUT the best and only poutine I ever ate was Duck Confit Poutine in a biker's bar I happened on by accident. I would give anything to have it again
