Receiving the natural logical equal consequence and predictable outcomes of behaviour is experiencing accountability. Not liking receiving the consequence doesn't in-and-of-itself make it unfair...it is a small dose of receiving back the ugliness or beauty we ourselves initiated. Wining about receiving a just consequence lends grown adult individuals to say, "Time to put the big boy (or big girl) pants on."  Double standards and discrimination are not fair. Fairness is in showing consideration, respect, dignity, upbuilding and reinforcement of freedoms, rights and equality. That was the point. 

Discrimination: "The practice of unfairly treating a person or group of people differently from other people or groups of people".
