The "Click"

During one of our hot tub talk sessions, P and I were discussing what we call 'The Click' - you know, that feeling when you get when everybody likes each other enough to go farther.

While we have had that with our 'ladyfriend' and I with our friend from our first adventure (remember, she didn't know or even see him!), we haven't found it yet in a couple.

We have been on 'dates' with some really nice folks, and met others at parties we have been to. However, there is always a 'but', and not a good one. One of us (sometimes, either P and/or I, the last time it was the other couple - I know - hard to believe!) doesn't get the 'click'.

We have talked a lot over time about the elusive click, and P has stated she believes it may be easier with only one person instead of two. Which led to the question I had for her: Does this mean we 'abandon' the search for a couple? Her reply was "Not yet" but she did admit she is getting a little discouraged.

When discussing this with others in the lifestyle, I have been told we are extremely 'lucky' having found a 'unicorn', and most folks are jealous of that. Don't get us wrong, we are thrilled to have found her (however, see the previous posts!).

We haven't had the 'thrill' of having all four click. We haven't had the experiences that go with finding the 'right' folks. We haven't made that connection yet. And we both are looking forward to it., We both feel it will be - to quote P - a lot of fun!

While we know what we seek - personality goes a loooong way! - we know that we aren't right for everyone nor is everyone right for us.

So we ask:

How do you find the 'click'?

I agree with reallyready46 just keep on looking and weeding thur the profiles. I will also say your profile does read as you both are mad(mean). We know where you are coming from but if you sound rude or mean on your profile you might be the same in real life. Many other couples on here get the jerks that are rude and lie but we feel it is better to hide it then to show others.

You keep looking until you find it.
