loving the bots
For a sense of perspective
ignore the lasses irrespective
of their stages of undress
or the loving that they stress
how a soul mate is sought
not just any fish seek to be caught
and seem so many in this internet sea
as we trawl the profiles we see
those who have broken wings
or never knew of better things
somewhere there are bots
which love with forget-me-nots
constantly aware of my arrival
saying I am their survival
capture them in my heart
and with my money shall part
those bots of clever cunning

stumbling over words and deeds
trying to find what a spirit needs
a warm body in the dark
a loving ignition from a spark
and so often in we searchers
seems we run ahead of purpose
become keen as any sharpened knife
dive for an answer a better life
perhaps this profile will solve
every problem confronted resolve
and turns out is another efficient bot
patiently waiting for when I its reality forgot.
