"The beginning determines the end"!
A new year is here, and in the past I started off and the wrong foot and had a long miserable year. I don't want that! I also don't want that for anyone else! The weather is still cold and someone of us is afraid of what lies ahead. Believe I been there, I shutdown from day one, and create a bad year. Don't do this to yourself and the people who loves you.

Remember if you have friends, your not alone! Many battle had been won, by talking to a friend or a doctor. I don't talk medicine, I'm allergic to everything! They all have side effect. I remember in the 70's "The Commodores" wrote a song called "High on Sunshine". Great lyrics! Just to wake up on the morning to see the beauty of the world is a blessing

I know it's hard when you feeling down, but be around positive , happy people, and see their world through their eyes. Like the song said, "High on Sunshine". Everyday, I take my medicine and my medicine is laughter! Everyday, I start off the morning, thinking or saying something funny, then I can start my day. But what really gets me going is my faith!

How strong is your faith? I know it's hard to believe in something that we can't see. But I do! Because without it I'm doomed! So I have strong faith, because this help me to overcome what comes my way. I become fearless! But if things don't go my way, and nobody died or got hurt, and the world still exist. I just look at it as a bad day.

What I'm trying to say, we at day 2 and we have 363 left, so today is a great start for a good year! Do something out the norm! Have fun, be happy. Be around positive people, talk to people, get help. Make yourself laugh, someday, just cry if you have to, and remember your not alone! Because what you do has an affect on someone else's life. They might miss out on an opportunity, because your weren't here!

Remember, the end is undetermined! We must worry about the beginning! So today, start a good beginning! You owe it to yourself and the people that loves you. You got 363 to get it right. A bad start still can finish with a good beginning. We got a lot of days ahead of us. but why not have a good start, and a great beginning! This is better, Because, "The beginning determines the end"! I'm here for you.

 Happy New Year my friend what a great post as we should all be reminded that it's always better to start off each day on a positive note. And I hope all your days will be happy and joyful ones..
Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

 I find that keeping busy helps to keep the winter depression at bay for me. We don't get enough sun shine in the winters here.
