A PIG and Fairy Tale

A PIG and Fairy Tale I recently came across a post that talked about gender inequality..... Do you remember the saying “why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?” well fewer and fewer women even want to get married (bought) so the new counter part to that is “why buy the whole pig when all you want is a little sausage” I think that the world is changing the stereotypes no longer fit. The only thing you can count on is you and how you feel, what matters to you is what you must rely on. Now if you want to add an additional person to your life, in whatever way you choose, marriage, ltr, fwb, limited companionship, you have to decide if its true, if its trust and if you want to give up anything to get something different. I keep coming up with more and more distance from what my answer was 8 years ago. After the carnage of my marriage was less than existent in my mind I thought that I wanted to get married again. The distance created by several relationships that were not exactly what I first thought. Then I took a year off and found that I treated myself better than most every man in my past, present and perhaps future. Every time I get close to someone I ask myself if I would trade what I give me for what they could give me and the answer keeps coming out no. I am a great catch, I have made myself into a great lady, I am not full of myself but I do know my worth, and at the end of the day I will only give that worth to someone who will enhance it. I like to take care of people, I don’t enjoy being alone but I have to ask myself “why buy a Pig when all I want is a little sausage” especially when there is a wide world of little, big, fat, skinny, new and different sausage to experience. In the end I think that I can still find a commitment that works for me, I can find a person I trust and trusts me. If I find that person who can be totally honest and who brings out the best in me where I bring out the best him. If we both decide the commitment together that works for us, that will be the moment of my decision...it may all be a fairy tale but hey I will always believe that dreams do come true, its just that my fairy god mother is me, and prince charming had better be awesome in bed...lol[/SIZE] Lets Create together. http://TSmeet.com/blog/jadesmith69 we can fantasize forever. Interesting food for thought. I guess I'm just lucky, I get great companionship, wonderful security, good advice with lots of understanding, we created a wonderful family with grandkids, the "milk" is the best in the world. All this and the freedom to explore things that interest me, for the trade for a little sausage that I know isn't top quality but this little pig tries hard to give back what I receive. It has worked for 41y (C was 15 when this all started). I was dealt a Royal Flush and I'm all in with it They say being lucky is better then being good.
