trying to cam is nightmare the messenger keeps jamming up. is this to make us pay to go gold or just a silly glitch.
at one point everything just went black and all I could do is shut explorer down.
is there anyone who can help with this problem

 I'm a gold member and it happens to me also, the website admins do a really shitty job here. The site is full of bugs.

 Maybe you want to try Google Chrome instead of Explorer- you can't upgrade it. Also I have been on the IM and gotten booted out so many times I won't use it any more
