crashing

I've meet some really nice people on here ,very friendly. But it seems just as things start to swing everything goes kark kar and crashes round my ears. most do seem to understand and stick around long enough for me to get it running again, but of course some don't .
I know this is a ploy by them in control but I ask anyone contacting me to show a little patience and lets stick it to the man
