How Do You Work With a Bitch?

My boss brought me into his office this morning and laid down the law. He started with carrot. Saying I would have more opportunity to train with other departments to increase my upward mobility. The stick is that I have to kill the drama with the incompetent bitch he hired as my coworker or its the end of me. She plays bitch type games. Pretends as if she has no clue so you will get frustrated and leave her alone. Conspiring to make you look stupid with a mass email blast about what not to do. Refuses to work and then claims she is being excluded. Doesn't ask for work because her full time job is brown nosing the managerial staff.
