IM Feature

It seems as if the IM feature on this site doesn't work most of the time. I can IM someone and get a quick response, then when I respond to them, it takes forever to receive the reply. One person told me they replied to me several times but I never received any of them. If you are going to offer a feature for the members to use, it needs to WORK.

Just another of the many problems with this site, yet many people still pay for it.
