if my best bud's gf touched me like that, I'd tell him. He knows I'd never chase a girl he was seeing. With women it might be different, theres more chance of it backfiring because women can sometimes put blame on the girl when its the guy that deserves it. I'd think the best approach would be to let him/her know that what he did was uncalled for and that you're not interested (but if you are that's a whole different thing). If it were to happen again you would be inclined to tell your friend because you care about what happens to him/her.

Now there's a moral dilemma  The fact there was drink involved, not that that is an excuse for his behaviour, I'd be inclined to have a word with him first and warn him if there was any repeat you wouldn't hesitate to tell his partner

If this was the first and only time, I don't think I would mention it. I'd chalk it up to the drinks and the revelry of the moment. Now, if it happened on another occasion, then I'd have to consider saying something. That's indicative of a pattern and I would want my buddy to know. I think if it only happened the one time tell me touchy shes not interested and do it again she going have to say something I think that's the way to go for the first time .....

Id see if it would happen again or if this was just an "accident". If it repeats, then I would tell my friend
