Seems I've heard something like this before ... hummm ... let me think ... oh ... I got it. Back in 2008 Obama said his health care program would reduce premiums by $2500.00 per family. How many millions of folks got suckered into believing that? Well .... let me tell ya ... any time any politician tells you they will save you money or give you something free by instituting or expanding some government program be prepared to bend over and grab your ankles. That is ... if you are working and paying taxes. If not ... then that may be a sweet deal for you. And in the interest of full disclosure ... I don't trust any politician from any side. The only difference is who I distrust the most. AB

I am not convinced of Canada and England. I do remember a story some yrs ago of a Canadian government official coming to the U.S. for her breast cancer treatment. Wonder why. A friend of a friend in England has needed a knee replacement for yrs yet denied. So, he cannot work so they put him on the dole for yrs. He cannot work and pay taxes so they spend a huge amount of more money to pay him not to work instead of giving him the surgery so he can work. Makes great sense. Government anything is usually inadequate.

I can't wait for the progressives to run on "free" healthcare, college, food, jobs, open borders, abolish Ice, etc. I will laugh as they lose those races and start crying all over again. MAGA

it seems that some people want illegals to be taken care of before our own. Nothing is free , The one I laugh about is people wanting college loans to be forgiven, they signed on the line for that loan and now they have to pay it back. or if they want student forgiveness , how about everyone who owes on a loan get forgiveness? may as well make it fair for all.

Taxes pay for your free healthcare. when they say free healthcare they mean you don't pay out of pocket when you go to see the doctor you just go to the doctor and get medical treatment. Did you watch the video? The guy in the video is Canadian. He has free healthcare. And he is perfectly happy with it. And so is his government. So why does Canada have free healthcare? Why do so many European countries have free healthcare

Nothing in the world is truly FREE. We all pay for it somewhere along the line. THE VA is in abysmal shape, the Vets are going without and the non-citizens are even getting food stamps. It is NOT equitable fro we the citizens who pay through the nose ( and other orifices). Yes, I am hot under the collar. I am one of our society with my astronomical medical bills, I can get no assistance even a little bit. Tell this to the "powers" who even get their insurance for free- tell them to support the American citizens and stop this bullshit about "free"
