Stranger in a strange land.
I was a member of TSmeet a few years back and recently rejoined. I am amazed to see the changes that have occurred

First, a few disclaimers. I am an older single male and I tend to search for 39-59 females. My preference is athletic to average body types that are a reasonable distance from me. Also, I display by last visitation date. My assumption is the lovely lady is more likely to see my message and respond if she is actually visiting the site on a routine basis.

Whereas couples postings were present a few years back, they now seem to be the vast majority. I am not sure how I feel about it but that is the current lay of the land on TSmeet. My current desire is to find a FWB who is willing to explore and to branch out from there. So far, except for one lady (who shall remain nameless but you know who you are), those plans seem pretty remote. Most of the unattached females seem to want exclusivity and a long term relationship. As I explained in my first post, for reasons of my own, I am not currently seeking a long term partner.

As an aside, if you are a couple and we talk, I am not seeking to change your relationship status or mine. Furthermore, I respect your boundaries and your commitment to each other.

The other big change is the apparent lack of social events in my location. It was a good way to<b> meet people </font></b>and break the ice. Evidently, the desire to mingle has died out from apathy or maybe everyone has coupled up. All I know is I don't know the answer and certainly would like feedback. Indeed, direction and advise are welcomed so I do not wander about as a stranger in a strange land.

 You sound very straight forward. Unfortunately we have all been painted with the same brush contrary to who we really are.Sadly.
