OK, lets start with stretches to put some flexibility into those muscles... Straddle Stance... now "ready: STRETCH" to the left, right, back and forward... ......careful....... (I'm watching from behind - talking to myself ) Now lets move on to a ten count of push-up's, sit-up's and jumping jacks. Give me ten push-up's, then sit-up's and then jumping jacks Give me nine push-up's, sit-up's and jumping jacks Give me eight push-up's, sit-up's and jumping jacks.... When you get to [1] in about 10 minutes, you'll have done 55 push-up's, sit-up's and jumping jacks for a total of 165. When you're done, it'll be a massage followed by a shower and bathe
