After having used both when I have need support - I now prefer to seek support from their website support blog page, over support via messaging in the websites help section. It seems to me that support from messaging via the websites help section will be support from outside of the US. Support from the website support blog page seems to be support from within the US. Be clear and brief about your problem. I may be wrong, but It seems they check the support blog for new support requests during the work week. The August 2019 support blog page.
