I just learned about a horrible and stunning thing.

Ok here it goes, during WW2 the Japanese Imperial Army invaded China. I knew that already The flying Tigers and Doolittle's Raid and such I was blissfully unaware how the Japanese surrounded the capital of China which was called Nanking for 3 months the Japs committed god awful abuses to these poor people. History remembers it as Nanking. Did you get that? This army of thugs, I wont give them the title of soldier they don't deserve it.an entire city and many, many other atrocities that I don't care to repeat. It would be similar to an invading army surrounding Washington D.C. and our entire country being unable to chase the army away. Learn about it if you wish it was just terrible.
For me the stunning thing goes like this. The nazi's ambassador to china was a man named Rade (Rah-day). Rade was in the capital when the Japs surrounded Nanking and was so disgusted by what he saw he set up a 2 mile square safe zone in the middle of the city that gave sanctuary to as many Chinese as he could. The Japs did not cross into that safe zone. My guess is they didn't want to upset A high ranking Nazi official and possibly jeopardize the alliance with Germany. A nun , whose name I cant recall which is upsetting to me, was Rade's right hand later committed suicide because of what she had witnessed. After 3 months the army moved off and Nanking was left to deal with the wounds.
This is the aftermath. Rade was ordered home where he was questioned very hard on why he took a stand against Germany's ally. He was eventually release only to have the invading Russian army snatch him up and question him "hard" because he was a high ranking German official. Again he was eventually released. Some years later the Mayer of Nanking started to search for Rade you see the people of Nanking never forgot Rade. He is credited with saving 2 million lives....2 million. Himself. This is the stunning part for me, the folks of Nanking also consider him the living embodiment of Buddha. A nazi. Amazing a whole country commits the Holocaust and the most destructive war this world has ever known. And at the same time one man saves 2 million and is elevated to a living God by those he helped. So he was found living in total abject poverty. After hearing this the people of Nanking collected money so Rade could spend the rest of his life in comfort....Man reality is a trip isn't it? If I<b> owned </font></b>a business privately I couldn't make rules or policies the violate any of the rights afforded us by the Constitution. So how are these goose stepping Nazi fucks allowed to violate the number one amendment? And why is there nothing any one can do about it?
