WTF, AFF?! Seriously?!

I was just updating my profile's Q&A section and noticed this box in the Sexual Health questions:

Check this box if you only want to show your response to people with a STD

What the fuck is this? So someone that has a STD clicks this and what happens? It shows as no answer? Seems a bit dangerous to me.
