 I keep wondering why I live here, when I could be someplace warm with a drink in my hand the palm trees swaying over head and getting a tan.

 Yeah, we should have a good melt off. No rain as of yet, but the temps. are going up that's for sure. Wouldn't be able to use sand around here, carpeted stairwells, at least on the front stairs. I'd never get the sand out. LOL
