We spend our whole life looking at the time and rush around doing important things. At some stage some of us begin to see sex every time we look at a watch or clock. I kind of like it especially if I have an equally enthusiastic and like minded partner. Sex always seems so much more fun if you find someone that you can enjoy more than once. Such easy words to say, yet few take the time to explore and enjoy the simple things in life. Many choose to conform to the culture around them, while secretly yearning to escape and enjoy the person locked up inside. For many they think this is living a lie, or hiding a secret or some other judgemental assumption! Either way it matters not, most people have their own secrets locked inside their minds. It is not some else's place to judge you unless they are contemplating some sort of interaction with you and then it is not so much about judgement as it is about aligning each other with mutual goals.

Just a muse for those that enjoy a muse now and again. I was visiting Victoria and as usual I was down in the inner harbour area. Such a great place to do some people watching. I was sitting on a bench and two ladies probably in the age group of 55 to 65 came and sat on the same bench. As we were watching an older guy (obviously 65 plus) walked by with a younger lady (probably 30 plus) and I thought to myself how happy they looked as a couple. Holding hands and laughing as they past. I could not help but hear the lady sitting beside me express how disgusting she thought that was.
Now is it just me, or are there more ladies say in the 55 plus range that are being left by long term spouses? Perhaps my thinking is messed up, but why would someone feel that older guys or gals with younger partners would be disgusting?
I just don't get it!!! Your thoughts?

I just read a wonderful statement that said; I am grounded but not stuck in the mud. I think this is a life lesson that we could all take something from.
Young people that are hung up on age ..... well sucks to be you because eventually you are going to get old and figure out pleasure is made up of many things and age is one of them .
People that are not monogamous is a fact of life. Fewer people all the time are monogamous I suppose the key is finding someone that is being safe.
The take away I would guess is figure out what has you stuck in the mud and what if anything you want to do about it!

Canadian Food like:
- Timbits (we will not tell you what they are, if you don't know!).
- Scrunchins (ditto)
- Bokkepootjes (ditto) ('borrowed' from the Dutch)
- Bugger-in-a-bag (ditto)
- Quebec yellow pea soup
- Montreal smoked meat and real Montreal bagels
- Maple syrup pie
- Nanaimo bars (we made 'em first)

- McIntosh toffee bars
- Red Rose tea (Only in Canada ....Pity!)

Lacrosse is Canadian.
Hockey is Canadian.
Basketball is Canadian.
The size of Canadian footballs and football fields and, one less down.
Ogopogo is Canadian (Ogopogo, a distant and less-famous relative of the Loch Ness Monster, is said to sill live in Lake Okanagan, B.C.)
Molson's (beer) is Canadian. Stronger too!
The biggest flags ever seen at the Olympic closing ceremonies were Canadian (twice...and the second one was smuggled in against a rule that was made because of the first one).
Way better beer commercials here.

The Meaning of Eh!
It is quite obvious that some people are having a tough time understanding Canadians, so the following will run through a very brief translation of the Canadian 'dialect' and hopefully ease some minds out there.
EH = pronounced AY (similar, but not the same as huh)
Eh is a useful word that is very important and is the basis of all Canadian communications. It is used in conjunction with other words, or simply by itself. The tone or the slight differences in exclamation also changes the meaning:-
Eh? = what did you say?
Eh? = what do you think?
EH? = something to say just to end a sentence.
Ehhhh!! = WOW!!
EH!? = what do you mean?
Eh?? = your joking!!!??
EH!! = Hello..(you off in the distance!!!)
Eh? want a doughnut or some Tim Bits?
Eh! = sure!!
Eh!Eh! = coffee double-cream too please!
Eh? = what you say when you realize you have no money to pay for it.
Eh..cmon, eh? = asking them to let you pay for it next time.
hey..eh! = want to go to the drive-in movie??
Eh...uhuh = yes sure!
Eh..y'know = I'll pick you up at 8:00 (8:30 in Newfoundland).
Eh..cmon!! = well that's early..but ok.
Eh..wanna? eh? = lets fool around ...
EHHHHHHH = sounds coming from the car.
hey..um..er eh... = I'm pregnant!
EH????????? = how did that happen?
EHHehhEHHehhEHHH = sounds from the delivery room.
EHHH-ehh, EHHH-ehh = baby's first cry.
Ehh..whadya think eh? = marry me.
Other interesting Canadian terms:-
hoser = a good friend..
take off! = you are kidding, no way, fly an airplane.
skates = what all canadians wear as first shoes (that's why we walk funny).
lumberjack = something in our genes..
Newfoundland screech = a nice (?) little distilled drink ....!
swish = a drink made from leftover screech barrels.
sixty-pounder = large bottle of screech.
The Rock = Newfoundland.
Newfoundland = pronounced NOOFUNLAN.
Dory = Newfoundland cruise liner.
Toronto = pronounced Trawna.
Lotus Land = British Columbia (when it is not raining).
Lake Ontario = where all sewers drain into.
Two-Four = case of 24 bottles/cans of beer.
Yukon Dew Me = A drink.
Over by = no one has deciphered that term yet.
........... So if you hear a Canadian talking like this:-
Hey..eh..cmon eh hoser! y'know take off!! EH?? umm err well, hey, ok, eh!
It's very friendly! ...... and we really DON'T talk like that!
