Yay! Warm Weather

Throughout the winter months, I tend to resent Calgary. I hate the cold, I hate that I can't sit outside, I hate that the roads are terrible. I wonder, every week, why I live here.

Then the spring comes. I can open the french doors, sit on the rooftop patio, feel the warmth of the sunshine on my toes and I fall in love with my city again.

For me, the sign of summer is when I pull my summer car out of storage. To be able to see it in all its black shiny glory and know that I will have the wind blowing through my hair when the top is down, is worth living thru the crappy snowy winters.

Driving into one of the offices today with the top down, music blaring and sun on my shoulders, completely made my day.

Enjoy the warm weather this week!!

Have you ever had so much work on your plate for a long period of time, that you notice your personal life takes a toll?

Unfortunately that is what happened to me over the last few months. I got bogged down in the day to day life and neglected the personal life (aka sex) that I had nurtured. Work and family became all consuming and I simply could not keep up with this site. So, after much consideration, I hid my profile for a while.

So, my sincerest apologies to those of you who followed my pics, blogs, updates and chatting. I am back for a while and am going to do my best to keep it up!!
