I Love to Write Poems, but haven't had much time to focus on my writing lately. Love poems are my favorite thing to write. Some are a little sadder than others. This is one of my favorites so I thought I would share it with you....
My love surrounds you like the most fragile cocoon, appearing to be strong on the outside, yet the slightest upset may kill it forever. So here I sit, fluttering ever so gently upon the tangled branches that are our lives, hoping for the day when I may spread my wings and feel truly free to bask in the glory of us.

Life is so Confusing

So, Ive been thinking alot lately about where im at in my life, my accomplishments and failures, and I really think life is so damn confusing, just when you think you kind of have it together, something comes along and throws the whole thing off. Ive been married twice and I have decided that I just dont do well in that category, which was kind of a big thing because I always thought I wanted the whole white picket fence lifestyle. You know; the husband, , a but,it took 2 failed attempts and almost 20 years to realize I don't want to be married.
I think about all the things that I took for granted in my twenties, like being single,financially unobligated, no , Boy let me tell you If I knew then what I know now the last 20 years would have been a whole different story!!! Don't get me wrong, I have 3 amazing that I would never trade for the world,( and a very cute dog!) I just think it sucks that you spend the first 20+ years of your life trying to get your shit together and then by the time you feel like that has happened, you've figured out that you really want something totally different. Whether it's a new job, relationship, lifestyle, whatever it may be, I was watching a movie the other night and one of the lines was "youth is wasted on the young!!" WOW ya think sooo???? If you could have the wisdom that you gain in your 40's and 50's and combine that with the energy and feedom you had in your 20's ...LOOK OUT!! My Mom always used tell me I would appreciate things more as I got older, at 43 this is so true; Although I have to admit, the whole getting your shit together thing is like a never ending process, I'm still a work in progress and I'm not sure if I will ever be complete, and for now Im ok with that......
sorry this kind of rambles on, It's just what I was feeling at the time.

So I'm laying on my bed, totally stuffed after all that good superbowl food, and I was thinking that a game of xrated alaphabet rhymes sounded good. I did the first two, help me to keep it going c, d and so on, Come over and play with me!!

Hi Everyone!!! Sorry I had taken a little break but I am back and ready to have some fun!!!! So today is superbowl Sunday -And that my thought for the day is: Are you ready for some FOOTBALL !!! Lazy Day Today

Wow !!!! January 1st 2010. I'm not sure about the rest of you but this day always leaves me feeling a little perplexed... I'm never sure If I should try and do something productive, like take down all my christmas decorations, which at my house is a huge task, as I tend to go a bit overboard in the decorating department, or If I should drag my butt to the gym, kicking and screaming so I can get a jump on my new years resolution ( which by the way is the same every year, sewing my mouth shut may be quicker and possibly less painful) Or there is always getting a jump on my ever growing pile of laundry...yuck just not sounding appealing, it's only day one of the new year, plenty more days to do the laundry. My usual favorite is to sit in my pj's eating anything and everything in my fridge and watching the Rose Parade and some football. Ahhh life is good at that time....
Today I decided to do a little of each and even found some extra time to go see the Avatar movie..which by the way is very good if ou havent seen it, you should definatley go.
I hope everyone had a great start to their year... What did everyone do???
