So for the past few months I have been getting these IMs from guys professing to be straight but wanting to suck me off. Ok guys here is a news flash, if you are thinking, dreaming and or tried it, you are Bi. So as much as you may try to tell me other wise, its just not true.
Now do not get me wrong, if you are happy with this then be happy. I had a ex friend lets call him R that I think was bi or maybe even gay. Never saw him sexually with a woman as much as he wanted to brag. He just wanted to abuse women. So if you are like R , just admit what you want and go find it.

Ok so every so often I check out Craigslist. Look at cars, materials, farm stuff and the free stuff. So yesterday I was looking in the personals and I find this ad from Windsor Canada.
Hey there I am a young Woman who misses the concept of togetherness, getting everyone together for the Holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving. I know its extraordinary but maybe I can get a group of men to come over and stuff my turkey.
I will be literally dressed as a Turkey and I would prefer if your outfit looked like bread or celery. I already have a few suitors who strongly prefer to be cranberries and onions, so these are not avaible. I might make some mashed potatoes for eating or for playing.
Just when you think you have seen it all........

So all around me my friends have a buzz of activity going on. Several of my friends are going places. T is going to Oregon to meet some guy, C to Columbus to flirt and catch the music scene. J n B are busy with a business start up. JM is chasing guys around, D is going through the predivorced crap.
All this has been taking a toll on me lately. Yesterday while mowing grass ( one of my great thought times) it hit me. This feeling of everyone leaving me at once. T is suppose to come visit, but what happens if this guy and her hit it off? What if C finds more interesting company? And on and on. I know I am still a bit raw in places after last years mess. As much as I value my personal time there is a side that desires time with others.
I do wish my true friends happiness and understand that at times it may mean our paths may part. Its just hard to think about lossing others I respect and value. Its happened many times before but its still unsettling when it does happen. Some paths reconnect over time, others just seem to forever part.

Brown fields and greening grass

Sitting here looking out the window as the clouds blow across the sun making shaded patterns on the fields. My Maple is starting to show some flowers and the grass has just turned a lovely shade of green! Hmm after a long winter perhaps Spring has arrived. That feeling of better get back to work is setting in.
Work on my house. Gardens, trees, remodel, Wood stove. Work on my Shop, where do I start? Work on my passions that I have shuttered for the last 2 years. You may say hobby which I do have. But for those hobbies that really involve you, I say passion. Due to several factors I stepped away from my one big passion. Fake and lazy people, time, money and travel.
My fear is that I miss doing it but not with that thirst that I did have for it. Maturing in my passion? Perhaps? Tired and worn out maybe that to. I keep thinking this will be like meeting a friend at the Airport. One you have not seen for awhile. Everything you need to know is in that first few minutes. Its in the hug, the look in their eyes. So much the same here. Will I remember how to do it? Will my hands touch it just right? Does the smell still get my blood pumping?
I am ever mindful of being on here. Through the years my life and other passion has seen its up and downs. But on here as with life one must make that connection before any thing else happens. What is funny is that being on here no longer seems strange. Its feels open and free.
So off to remake that connection!

Feeling a bit better here. Just wish our weather would stay stable, this 60 then 30 crap is for the birds. I do see some buds swelling and the robins are back so maybe spring may accidental happen. So anyone else dragging just a bit lately. Been sleeping longer and feeling a little run down? Hope its not something else coming on!
So on the fun side, planted my first peas for the year, I have been pruning my fruit trees also.

Well what a trip to Georgia! Not as warm as I had hoped for, till Monday. But some flowers were out. The Red bud and Service Berries were out with the Dogwoods starting to show. In the Cities the flowering Pears were in full bloom. Azaleas are just starting to show. I went to Warm Springs and Columbus. Rain did not stop me as did hunger for southern cooking! I even finally tried some southern wine. I had Fried chicken, Okra, blackeyed peas, butter beans, BBQ. All tasty and all brought back memories.
It was a trip filled with new memories and sadness. I found out that some people I knew had passed on. Others had moved on and that some had been laided off. Pine Mountain looked great! Downtown filled with shops and clean. As always how can you not go south and be charmed by the people?
Thanks to my travel guide! The days were fun and the nights just as entertaining. T you reminded me that great people are still around, just not in my backyard but all over. Thank you for sharing some of your free time with me. It was fun letting you drive so I could look at what was blooming. Great sharing the sights with you and thanks for being a good sport wine tasting. I think you wore me out, lol

Well after years of sitting at home I find myself with the travel bug. I got this from my Dad. He drug me around the country to 45 states every Providence in Canada and One territory. My Dad would just drive some place at the drop of a hat. So I find myself on the verge of taking a trip to Georgia. Years ago when I first left College I had an Internship at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain Georgia. It was a magical time surrounded by great people and wonderful opportunities. I had horticultural experience before this was a great finishing. I had a dream job jumping between Naturalist and Horticulturalist. It was here I learned how small a jump that can be. As I went on with my life I used this as a spring board to work other jobs. Through the years my heart has drifted back to the gardens and that time.
So now I am taking that step to go back. I know you really can't go back. That time and magic is gone. What I took away is never gone. The people are still here in my heart. Often I fondly remember them. I look forward to seeing the changes that have happen since I left. I look forward to seeing the flowers and smelling that red clay. If we do our lives correctly then we build and leave something for others to add to. In some small way I wonder if anything that I built still is there? I wonder if I have left a foundation for others?

Ok the Robins are back, the birds are starting to sing and the Silver maples trees are pushing out flower buds. Why do I think this cold is going to stick around then suddenly its going to go from 20 to 80 in a couple of days? Heat stroke central! I sure hope we get some spring out of this.

I can live with the snow, but this freaking cold has got to go! Normally I spend about 1,200 in heating costs. This year in 2 months I have spent 1,600. Where is Al Gore when you would like to kick his fat ass over Global warming! All this extra money is really going to cut into my fun budget this year.

Well another year and as one radio ad says, another chance for men to fail again. So for you single folks out there. Chill out its just a day. I understand how you can feel lonely. My cure pick out someone in the service industry, For that matter I pick out several. Give them candy a rose and tell them to have a great day! In the last few years I just try to brighten a couple of others days.
I have also come to understand how much we relay on a holiday to say I care for you. Why just today? Why not all year?

First off I am no fan of Katie Perry. However it shocks me that just because she changed genders in yesterday, Beatles fans are pissed off. So she changes the line, why did she have to go to, why did he have to go?. This is a standard practice that has been used on songs for years. I remember the anger of some fans when Yoko allowed Lady Gaga to play John Lennon's piano. Listen folks it great to be a fan. This fury will drive artists away from performing Beatles material in the future. These are men, not saints or Gods. It was evident from seeing Ringo and Paul they seemed pleased with the performance. So come folks can we let it be?
Now if you really want to scream, lets talk about that curtain that Ms. Perry was wearing.....

Well lately all this cold weather has been a curse and a godsend. Its running up my heating bills! But it has also given me reflection time. A carry over from my fall "friends" issues has been nagging at me lately. It amazes me the people that tell me, you never come around, You never call me or my fav, you never something for me. Lately I have reading lots of blogs. You know It dawned on me, its the same thing here. Lots of promises. Lots of what are you going to do for me, with very little offered in what can I do for you.
What makes it so hard to find good quality people. A persons word seems to mean nothing anymore. So much give me give me by people. So how do you actually figure out who to keep and who to dump? Everyone has talents or that moment where they shined. At the same time everyone has their weakness and downfalls.

I am looking out my office window, watching the Birds on the feeder. Its sunny with blue skies. Its still cold and windy today. But can you feel it outside? That feeling of life beginning to get ready. The cold has set buds for the spring. The days are getting longer. That and this time of year brings with it a case of wanting sex. I am not sure if its Cabin Fever or something else. I just know that this time of year gets me aroused.
Anyone else have the same problem at this time of year?
