I would like to take a minute and thank Ramrod and Angel for hosting such a spectacular Valentine's Day Party for those in the Philly Tri-State Chat room and others. The amount of thought, time, effort and money you put into this party showed your big hearts and generous nature. I, for one, will remember this party for a very, very long time, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the birthday gifts you gave me.

Hi everyone,
Figured this was the best way to get in touch with you all. If you are coming to the pool party, please let us know here what you plan on bringing. Hot dogs and hamburgers are already being gotten by Nerd. ST is bringing pasta salad. Everything else is up for grabs.

Ok, so sometimes I wonder if I am talking to myself, typing to myself..whatever. Am I the only one who writes stuff on their profile, and then get a dozen emails from people who are exactly what you say you are NOT looking for. They say, I just came across your profile, and I think we have so much in common, or you look fabulous...how about some discreet, NSA fun? Granted, not everyone is a paying member and can read profiles, and maybe they just see the basic stuff or the picture, and those I will write back and say, sorry but that is not what I am looking for. But those who say they read my profile, grrrr...just want to reach thru cyber space and bitch-slap them upside the head!...LOL...So I stated as clearly and plainly as I could what I am looking for, a long-term, serious, relationship that may someday lead to marriage. I have been on my own for almost 12 years now...I have finally grown out of my -age years, and looking to settle down...don't worry, not looking to start a family, unless I can somehow have my own grandchildren...sighs...I do not want any NSA fun..I want the strings that tie one's heart to another..I do not want to be discreet or someone's dirty little secret...I want to be out of the closet, screaming from the rooftops...WE BELONG TO EACH OTHER...I do not want to be someone's second choice, I want to be #1 and they be my #1...I want that, need that, and deserve that! I have paid my dues as we all have at this stage of the game..now it's time to enjoy it! The one problem I have encountered on this journey, however, is that it is not as easy to find as one might think...some you are attracted to, but don't necessarily like their personality...some you like their personality, but there is no chemistry...some you like both, but they live a thousand miles away, sighs...and some you don't like either...hahaha...those are the easy ones...lol...anyway I will shut up now, sorry for rambling and thank you for listening!

Do you think you can find a long, loving, lasting relationship off of TSmeet, Passion.com or whatever site you joined? Or do you believe because it is a sex site, that all relationships started here are doomed to fail? Give your reasoning why you believe what you do please?

We all know the old saying, "Opposites attract!" But do you believe that opposites can stay together? It seems to me that when the sexual attraction has waned and the newness of a relationship is getting old, will being opposite keep you together or push you apart? You don't have the same interests, hobbies, etc, and what do you talk about? Tell me what you think?

Ok, well I have been on here for a while as I have stated before and the other night someone said something in the chat room I frequent and I said, Oh lordy, do I feel a blog coming on...and here it is...I am so sick of people coming into our chat room, and I am sure they do the same thing in any other chat room they go into, and blurt out..."Are there any real women in here or are all of you fake...doesn't anyone meet?"...grrrrrr....ok, let me give my take on this, and hopefully you will give your opinion as well.
First, this site has many, many more men on it than women, making it easier for women to meet men of their choice than is is for men to meet women. There really isn't anything any of us women here can do about that and I am sorry for the inequality of numbers. Let me tell you though, women get swamped with emails everyday, and it is very difficult to keep up with them all. I do try, but sometimes the task is too great for me and I am sure other women feel the same way. I am not saying you shouldn't send emails if you want to meet with a woman or just tell her you liked her picture or profile, but if she doesn't answer you, consider not that she is fake but just has too many to answer.
Second, alot of women are on here out of curiosity, and just to pass the time away, not necessarily to meet anyone but just to have fun talking and watching. This does not make them fake, just looking for something different than most men here. I would say they should state their intentions in their profile, but alot of men don't even read the profiles, just see pics and start typing...lol...so I suggest you READ before you write, and perhaps save yourself some time.
Third, women who do meet like to know who they are meeting...thus might request a man come to chat room and talk for a while...this gives the woman opportunity to get a feel of the man's personality and if they would hit it off or not. I don't think this is an unreasonable request or one that a fake woman would make. Maybe if you got a chance to instant message or even better come to a meet and greet(our chat room has them monthly), that would greatly increase your chances of women agreeing to go out with you.
Lastly, I have been to as many as 20 or 25 meet and greets over the years and met so many wonderful people, that I guess that is why it irks me when people generalize that no one meets...we do meet, but sometimes it just takes time and a little effort and patience. And don't ever assume that only the men can't find women who meet. Let me tell you, I lost count of the number of times I have been given the ..."maybe next Friday", and not hear from the man till the following Monday or never again...or cancelled on the day of a date, or minutes before while I am already there waiting or just flatly stood up...it happens to ALL of us and is part of the dating game. If you just move on with a good attitude instead of getting bitter you will have much better luck!!!

The longer I am on this site, and the more I talk to people and observe, it seems alot of people my age or older are much more sensual and erotic than the younger ones. So I thought back to my younger days and have discovered that I always had an erotic, sensual imagination about me, but always let the man lead the way, which often lead to hurried or wild, raw sex. Not that I minded...sex is sex and should feel good right?...lol...but as I have gotten older and divorced I feel it is my right to ask for a little more of what I like, and to my surprise I find, I don't really have to ask my peers, as most are more sensual and take their time....so now the question is?...is it an age thing or a gender thing?...do all people as they mature perfer exploring the pleasures of sensuality, erotica, touching?...do women want this more and just feel more comfortable asking for it as they grow older and more confident in their femininity?...do men slow it down as the clock slows them down?..and which do you really prefer?...the slower, lingering sex that takes hours and may only lead to one amazing orgasm, or the raw hot wild sex that is over in minutes, but can be done again, and again(age and stamina permitting of course...lol), or do you prefer to start off with slow, lingering touches and kisses and let the credence of sensuality build up to sexual wantoness and explode with wild abandon?

OK...always have heard of voyeurs...for the most part men who like to watch others having sex...although I think today, women are catching up to men in this respect. Now my question is, do you think it would turn you on more to be the voyeur, the one watching a couple having sex or do you think it would be even hotter to be the ones being watched?

I have often wondered if humans were meant to be monogamous their entire lives once they get married. You hear so much of men and women cheating on spouses, live-mates, significant others not just now but throughout the ages and for some cultures it is deemed very wrong, and for others it is accepted. If you look at when you left home or wanted to, it was around the age of 20..well was for me anyway, couldn't take my father and his rules anymore....and after being married 20 years, I felt much the same way. I do know a few people who have been together for 30, 40, 50 years...most are not happy but stuck with it...and a few are extremely happy. I guess that last group is the one I most wanted to fit in, but it wasn't so for me. Now I wonder if I will ever find a relationship that will "last a lifetime", because inherantly I don't think we are meant to be with one person forever....what about you?
